- We draft and review copyright agreements, including assignments of economic copyrights and license agreements.
- We collaborate with creators, performing artists, and music band managers during the creation of musical works.
- We represent creators and artists in negotiating contracts with producers and publishers.
- We provide comprehensive legal services to cultural institutions such as libraries, theaters, museums, and philharmonic orchestras, advising on the organization of artistic events, including theatrical performances, concerts, festivals, and charity events.
- We also assist in establishing effective legal protection mechanisms for business identifiers, primarily through legal support in trademark registration.
So far, we have advised, among others: - Prime Film Production in negotiations with TVP S.A. on contracts for the production of series (including Piąty stadion, Trzecia połowa, Lepsza połowa)
- The band Raz Dwa Trzy, actively participating in renegotiations of existing publishing agreements and concluding new agreements with Warner Music Poland
- Justyna Steczkowska in a dispute with musicians (including court proceedings) and a distributor (Empik) regarding copyright
- Agnieszka Mazanek and Delfina Dellert in negotiations with ZPR Media S.A. on contracts for the script and direction of a documentary series
- Baltmedia Film Group in negotiating a contract for a feature film script
