Jarosław Jatczak

A lawyer with over 30 years of experience, coordinating the firm’s team. Specialist in mergers and acquisitions, litigation and administrative proceedings, and contract law; also, an experienced negotiator.

Graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań; a licensed attorney-at-law since 1996 and partner at the firm since 2004. Previously, Head of the Poznań office of Domański Zakrzewski Palinka Law Firm (now DZP); attorney-at-law at W. Frąckowiak i Partnerzy Wielkopolska Grupa Konsultingowa sp. z o.o. in Poznań; legal and tax advisor at Ernst & Young sp. z o.o. (now EY); assistant at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in the Department of Public Economic Law; and Vice President of the Board of the trading company Elbitech sp. z o.o. in Inowrocław.

He also served for three years as a restructuring advisor.

He has advised on numerous privatization processes of heating companies in Northern and Western Poland and represented the State Treasury (Lubusz Voivode) in a dispute related to the construction of a western border terminal. For many years, he advised Poland’s largest bus and trolleybus manufacturer, including on a management buyout transaction financed with mezzanine funds combined with comprehensive operational financing. He has collaborated with investment funds, brokerage houses, and financial advisory firms specializing in financial consulting; participated in the preparation of complex financing projects for commercial companies; and managed numerous legal due diligence projects. He has also represented clients in numerous court proceedings before common courts of all instances, the Supreme Court, and administrative courts.

He has provided long-term legal support to companies such as Neoplan Polska sp. z o.o. (later Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. in Bolechowo), Wavin Metalplast-Buk sp. z o.o. (later Wavin Polska S.A.), Marmite S.A. in Zakrzewo, Olan sp. z o.o. in Żabokliki, as well as public sector entities such as the Raczyński Library in Poznań.

Outside of work, he is active in the community as president of a sports club, competes in table tennis leagues, is a multiple medalist in national lawyers’ spartakiads, a fan of Polish cinema, an avid cyclist, and a drummer.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań; since 2014, a member of Poznań Bar of Attorneys-at-law. He gained professional experience in renowned law firms serving local governments, enterprises, cultural institutions, medical entities, and trade unions.

He specializes in legal services for businesses and public sector units, labor law, and inheritance law. He has extensive litigation experience, particularly in compensation claims, and is the author of publications in labor law.

Adam Pelz

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Faculty of Economics at Poznań University of Economics. Since 2014, a member of the Poznań Bar of Attorneys-at-law.

He specializes in public procurement law, advising both contracting authorities and contractors at every stage of the procurement process and during the execution of public contracts. He has represented clients multiple times before the National Appeals Chamber.

He has extensive experience in providing legal services to business entities, with a focus on commercial companies. He assists clients in drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on labor law, and representing them in disputes with business partners.

For many years, he has provided legal services to one of Poznań’s largest hospitals, offering legal assistance in medical law. He has represented patients in numerous medical malpractice cases. He has shared his expertise while working at the Department of Medical Law at Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań and by teaching postgraduate courses in healthcare management at a prestigious non-public university in Poznań.

Since 2021, she has been cooperating with Jatczak Koczan Pelz Law Firm, providing comprehensive legal services to business entities and individuals.

She graduated in law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, focusing her master’s thesis on commercial law. She deepened her knowledge in labor law, social security law, and commercial law through postgraduate studies. She also holds a master’s degree in Polish philology. She is currently a trainee attorney-at-law at the Poznań Bar of Attorneys-at-law.
